GØAT Spa & Care
Hey, you've got a really fantastic piece of cashmere in your hands. GØAT CASHMERE magic, to be precise. To keep it that way, we have a few tips for a happy GØAT. Cuddle, don't crush: Treat your GØAT Cashmere like your best friend. Even though cashmere is wrinkle-free, a gentle hug rather than tossing it in the suitcase helps a lot.
  • Shake it off: A breath of fresh air and a little shake can do wonders. Cashmere is (almost) self-healing.
  • Wash & Go: If your GØAT wants a spa day, please only give it a gentle handwash. No wild stuff. Dry cleaning is an option, but it's like going to the doctor: Only if necessary.
  • Sunburn affects us all: Dry your GØAT away from direct sunlight and find a nice spot for a relaxed drying process.
  • GØAT doesn't give you wings: GØAT has fear of heights, so simply lay your garment flat and don't hang it on a hanger. Your hangers give wings to other things.
  • Avoid a cashmerando: Jewelry and sharp objects aren't GØAT's favorites. Your cashmere can do a lot but isn't a superhero.
  • Good ol' Pilling: Don't freak out if see some pills on your garment. Your cashmere is just saying, "I love you so much; I'm just shedding a bit." You can groom your GØAT with a cashmere comb to contain it. Remember, the longer you own your cashmere, the better the situation.

    Shipping, Packaging & Returns

    DELIVERY:

    We usually deliver between 2-3 working days with DHL to your desired address throughout Europe. Your GOAT travels to you across Europe for free.

    PACKAGING:

    When it comes to packaging, we decided to keep our unboxing experience low-key and tried to remove all unnecessary elements from the box. This includes tissue paper, filling material, inserts that no one reads, delivery notes and invoices.

    RETURNS:

    If you don't like your product, you can return it for up to 14 days. You can request a return in your profile. You will then receive a return label via email. Please read our shipping conditions. Dirty and/or used parts cannot be returned.

    What payment methods can I use?

    We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, Sofort, giropay, and many more.

    Can I purchase items with another currency?

    Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

    Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

    We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

    Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

    E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

    How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

    We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

    How To Return My Items?

    We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
